Hi !
I am considering buying new GPU next summer, and I thought gtx 970 would be good one. It is quite powerfull and it is in my budget (around 400€). Now the question is, would it be an overkill with my current CPU, Amd fx 6350. If it is, would overclocking solve the problem, and if not, what GPU should I buy then.

Also, will it fit my case?

Full specs.

- CPU = AMD FX-6350 6 Core 3.9 GHZ 14MB 125W PIB AM3+
- GPU = GIGABYTE Radeon R7 260X OC, Windforce 2X, 2048 MB DDR5, DP, HDMI
- Motherboard = ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD970 ATX
- RAM = 2x KINGSTON HyperX/4GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM
- Hard drive = SEAGATE SEA BARRACUDA 1TB 3.5" SATA3 7.2K 64MB
- Power supply = OCZ 500W CX series Power Supply
- Case - ANTEC VSK4000E

Thank you!
