Hello,
I wanna know if the technology of nvidia is better than AMDs.
This thought came to me when i was comparing the specs of GTX 590 and HD 6990.They work almost the same but theres a huge difference in the specs.Like the speeds and Cores they have...Nvidia seems to give less and have the same performance like HD 6990(which gives very huge amount of specs). Is nvidia's tech better than AMD(ATI) ??

Solution
Once again, they use different architectures. AMD cards have stream processors, Nvidia have CUDA cores. They are not the same thing. The fact that the 590 runs at a lower clock also speed does not imply a superior design, just a different one.
Short answer, no. Nvidia and AMD have different approaches to doing the same thing. Cores, shares, memory speeds etc don't mean much by themselves, it's the resulting performance that counts. The fact that the GTX590 and HD6990 perform almost the same should answer your question.

Then why do their specs differ so much...Taking a look at the specs, the nvidia has much less than AMDs.That certainly mean that nvidia's tech differ and are a "bit" better than AMDs ??

Almost all of the major specs a card should have.
Here, take a look and compare :
