Is NZXT H440 the best case for air cooling and dust filtering?

I live in a very hot country, I need a very good case to reduce temperature. Is this the best case in this budget range? And does it fit with my water cooling kit?

Fractal R5. i have no air con and its hot as f here. Keep the front panel door open in summer, close it in winter.

Its not the best for cooling , thats just parts laying on a table. but its great for dust, silence and the best build quality by far. I overclock and run 980ti in 40c ambient fine.
