I wouldn't. Prices, while not stupid cheap like the other cheesy sellers, are just enough on the low side to twig my spidey sense.
Win 10 Pro - $80
Win 10 Home - $60

And not enough of a discount to consider vs $99 at Newegg, for a known valid OS.
