I was curious about the Inland Professional 256 Gb SATA SSD, which is advertised as a TLC drive. (https://www.microcenter.com/product...6-gbps-25-inch-7mm-internal-solid-state-drive)
Then I found that someone opened up this drive and found PS3113-S13T controller.
Searching for the controller, it appears to be a QLC specific controller?
There is no DRAM on the board either.
NAND markings are:
TA59G63AWV
K2119N

Is it really a DRAMless QLC drive??
