I have no idea why you'd want to be watching 6 videos at once, but no that CPU is not cut out for what you want to do. It's a very low end chip meant for entry level systems like netbooks/chromebooks and the like. So basic web browsing or similar, with little to no multitasking.

Not sure. But any device with a CPU like that will also probably have very little RAM, which could also limit your ability to keep a bunch of tabs open without performance completely bogging down.

I would say at least 2 - 3GHz base clock; the things you want to do can be very CPU intensive.

Get something from Intel's "Core" lineups, e.g i3 or i5. Or an AMD Ryzen 3 or 5. Those are meant for proper laptops, compared to what you're looking at which is more for tablets/Chromebooks and the like.

Yes, that should be fine for your browsing/streaming tasks. I think performance in video/audio editing would be fine as long as you have realistic expectations for what a non-workstation/non-desktop replacement laptop can do.

If you are looking to buy a laptop, it would be a lot easier to post in the laptop section and list the actual laptop mode you are looking at, along with a budget, your location and ask for recommendations. If you go shopping for bread you don't just say "is 4 grams or salt good?", you would look for the whole bread.

Assuming they are the same generation, the latter would be better in theory. In practice, performance can vary hugely based on how the OEM has configured them based on the cooling/power capabilities of the laptop.

For multitask? Not a single chance. But for normal browsing it's good enough. I recommend you to buy Intel Core i5 4xxx-8xxx or Ryzen 3 2200-3400 and Ryzen 5 2600-3600
