I am planning on building a new pc and i was wondering if Rx 580 could run on high graphics 1440p at 144hz (with 60 fps or more) if not what's the suggest Hz to use?
So my build is:
CPU: Intel core i7 8700
GPU: Rx 580 8gb
RAM: HyperX 16GB Fury
Mother board: Gigabyte Z370 HD3P
Samsung 250 GB SSD

Monitor in mind: AOC AGON AG241QX QHD wide 144hz freesync

There's no difference between the cpu loads of 1080p and 1440p.
the higher your resolution is the more demanding the game is on your gpu.
If your cpu can do 144fps (which the 8400 totally can) on one resolution then it can do 144fps on every resolution.

Ahh i can see what you mean, so lets say an Intel Core i5-8400 with Gigabyte Radeon RX Vega 56 8GB would run way better from the build i have posted in start?
Considering 2k and 144hz-fps

Yes, definitely.

what would the fps difference be like? (just a guess)

Its all right i had the same kind of opinion i tought it might not be enough but it looks like it is

Vega 56 and GTX1070 are more or less on the same level, similar case for Vega 64 and GTX1080.
For 1440p 144hz (if you wanna have over 100 fps and wanna max everything), GTX1070 level will not do the job on some heavy AAA games e.g. maxed out Witcher 3 plus heavy graphic mods.
You need actually even the 1080Ti for this.
1080Ti is sh*t expensive tho'.

If you can live with certain settings turned down for these very few heavy AAA games, the GTX1070 and GTX1080 level should be enough.

I have chosen to stick with GTX1080 level (you can pick Vega 64, if you want) for my XB270HU.

Well Nvidia is out of mind cause my monitor has freesync and i dont changed this future, the thing is i am not looking for 100 fps ultra graphics or sth i am okay with high graphics 60-80 fps average (not speaking of games like lol,cs go etc etc but heavier like Assasins creed origins and others)

For the game fps, look for benchmarks of the RX Vega 56 on YouTube, it should give you a pretty good idea of the performance to expect.
I've also heard of people flashing the Vega 64 bios on it and getting better performance that way, if you're willing to tweak.

As much as i like Ryzen, i still wouldn't go for it when the goal is 144hz gaming.
Even less so for the 1600x which is essentially a higher clocked more expensive 1600 without a cooler.

Go for the i5 8400 unless your budget is really limited, but be ready to spend some money on an aftermarket cooler like the Cryorig H7 since Intel stock coolers are the definition of s**t.

www.skroutz.gr has better price and here is the build based on this website (shipping+delivery included):

I5-8400--200
Asrock Z370 Pro4--122
Crucial 16GB DDR4-2666MHz (BLS2C8G4S26BFSDK)--152
Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 8GB (21275-02-20G)--600
Fractal Design Focus G (Window)--70
Corsair CX Series CX650M--80
Intenso SSD SATA III High 240GB--83
Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB--44
AOC AG241Q--379
Total--1730

Enjoy :) If you have extra cash, get a better PSU like TX550M, a better Z370 MB like Asrock Extreme 4, and 8600k + cooler if you have more.

The thing with Skroutz the site you mentioned is that it takes all the prices from all around the Greek shops and shows the cheapest one first...
So if i wanted to build what you said i wouldnt be able from one shop cause none contains all these so i would have to buy from 3-4 shops with different sending costs...

Its not about the shipping costs mostly its about the i dont wanna get each part from different shops,i would do 2 shops max like this https://www.sendspace.com/file/3g2izn or this https://www.sendspace.com/file/d7224k
btw on first would prob use the ryzen 5 1600x

yeah 1800 i guess is the max possible, i would love the vega 64 over the 56 but i dont know what else to downgrade there...
Sites i used were https://apothikiproios.gr/ (which you could change to another site cause there is not vega 64 in there) and https://www.msystems.gr/index.php that has the monitor and all the rest stuff which i prefere not to change...

Wow! Vega cards in greece is stelar in price.
How much extra do you have to pay (shipping, tax, etc.), if you order the card from Germany?
If I see correctly, you can get 64 (German price) with the price of 56 (Greece price).

If I understood it correctly, there should be actually no custom or extra tax for shipping items within EU.

They kinda are on specific shops thats true , well its not really an option for me to order from abroad and i prefer not to, i really wanna play it safe cause if something is wrong (you never know) i will have to send back there and it would take a long time..
But i have found Sapphire Vega 64 at 547€ and i think that's quite a deal...
So i raised a price just a bit and i think that's my final build at 1960€ https://www.sendspace.com/file/xoowub
