CPU - Ryzen 3 3100
GPU - Either an RX 570 or a GTX 1660ti
Mobo - B450m Pro M2 MAX
PSU - Bequiet System Power U9 400w
RAM - T-Force Delta RGB 2x4gb
Case - Antec NX400
Fan - Aerocool DUO 12 ARGB

So it's really your average budget build, however i'll be installing 2 or 3 of the DUO fans, since one has already been included in the case, but these fans are pretty low on RPM (1000-1200ish), will my PC overheat?

Solution
You'll be better off with the fans than without them. Your PC probably wont overheat unless you Overclock stuff.
Also the GPU choices, Bruh the price difference between a 1660 Ti and Rx 570 is massive I'm not sure how this is a choice for you. If you have the money get the better card. Also look into 1660S -5% performance compared to 1660Ti but cheaper.

Fan speed is not important, only air flow thru them and that could be achieved by other means.
