Good day to all of you people

I got a problem. I've posted a thread about performance issues few months ago.
But now, more symptoms are incoming by a day..
Let me describe what is going on:

- Frequent stutters (both in game and out of game)

- Mouse cursor flickers and glitches sometimes

- Graphical issues (Green colour)

- Sound stutters

- Sound is popping and crackling

- Sound lags sometimes

- And more..

Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66 GHz
RAM: 4 Gb DDR3
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 440
PSU: around 400
Motherboard: ESPRIMO P3510

My computer is 5 years old, graphics card was changed 6 months ago and PSU 4 months ago.

It gets a little hard to diag the issue. If the computer hasn't been formatted in several years, the registry might have issues. try reinstalling drivers including the sound card. also possible computer is using the hd for memory. stop/unload all un needed programs temporarily (like anti virus programs).

Well, i've checked it, and it really doesn't look like the capacitors are bulging, all capacitors looks alright.

I've cleaned and repaired the registry, reinstalled every driver, and my computer isn't using HDD for memory but it's still the same. And yes, i haven't all that much of programs turned on.
