im kinda curious and worried about getting a sshd, kinda afraid they pretty much perform only slightly better when operating with bunch of data. also how about it value compared to other drive?can someone probably share your thoughts or experience with using sshd?

Theres uses for them, however for the most part with SSDs prices and 10TB+ HDDs your better off going with a combination of both, for example my setup is what I would consider "Hybridized", please note the following drive setup I am using;

C: (OS and Apps) 120GB SATA SSD
D: (Games) 512GB NVME SSD
E: (Virtual Machines and Benchmarks) 180GB SATA SSD
D: (Mass/Bulk Storage - Video, Audio and Archived Software) 1.5TB, 2.5" SATA

On that note and to explain things further, SSHD are generally usefull for Laptops users who do stuff like photoshop and the like that need the storage of a HDD and the benafits of increased speed, and as far as I can tell they arent much faster in most cases than 10K SAS drive, however take note that I have never personally used one, simply my take from 23 years of PC hardware experiance.
