Is stock cooler enough? for Non-K i5 7th gen?

Im will not overclock my cpu neither does it support(i5-7600)... so im not much worried for cooler... But ill be gaming on my system. so is stock cooler enough? My Cabinet will have good ventilation (corsair carbide cc 9011050). I guess ill add few 140/120mm fan to my cabinet in future.
Second question Is pre-applied thermal paste on cpu enough? or should i get a separate thermal paste for my cpu?

The stock cooler should be plenty, and the stock paste is good enough.

It will be fine if your gaming, however if you tend to max out your CPUs to a full 100% frequently, the stock cooler will get overwhelmed. So a cheap $30 air cooler would work if that's the case.

wouldn't it go 100% while gaming too? im only gaming and nothing else...no video editing, no content creation, no rendering...

Correct. Sometimes games will hit 90% but that's fine.
