[SOLVED] Is Synapse broken?

I just got my Razer Mamba Wireless, when I checked battery life it was at 64%, and 5 minutes after when I restarted synapse battery dropped to 0%. The mosue works just fine, is the indicator broken? Its the new Mamba Wireless

first off, yes. synapse is broken. always was, always will be.
even tho its the best rgb software IMO

are there any updates?
aside from that, try letting it fully drain, till it doesnt work then charge it back up

ask razer support chat. very helpful people there, also razer insider is a great forum.

It works fine when I restart my PC but I dont want to restart my pc every 30 minutes because of broken synapse. I'm gonna contact Razer I guess. Thanks!
