Question Is that a single dead pixel, or something else/bigger? 4k monitor

Hello

I bought a new display for my laptop, it is a 4K resolution 15" screen, so pixels are very yery small.
First the screen was absolute without any error, after 3-4 hours of operation the first black dot appeared.

Its relative hugh in my opinion.
I tried to make pictures as close as I can...and still I am not sure what it is

• is it 1 single death pixel?
• is it a bunch of 2 or more death ones?

To me it looks like at least 2 of them below each other?

Anyone with experience?

That my friend is indeed dead pixel. How many is hard to tell from the photo. I would return the display if possible

Okay so since you enlarged the photo. It seems that there is a 9 pixel block thats being effected by the pixel in the center of that block. Its only still visible because of the light from the surrounding 8 pixels. It looks like a dead pixel. Even if it's not a dead pixel I would still try to rma the display. Hope there isn't a single scratch anywhere on the display because if there is whoever you bought it from is probably going to say it's your fault.
