Is that AMD phenom ii x6 1055t Overclock settings OK?

I have overclock Cpu AMD Phenom ii x6 1055t @ 3.5ghz@ stock cooler
Ram. Corsair Vengence 4gb ddr3 1600mhz,
Mobo. ASUS M4A78LT-M.
PSW. Cooler master extreme power 650watt.
these settings are stable(i have checked these settings via prime95 at 6 hours test succuessfull) but some times BSOD Appears and windows system explorer stop working...

yes .. it's match max OC with default voltage !
like my chip 3.92Ghz need 1.48 but my chip at 4ghz need 1.52v .. my system ran dailly at 3.8ghz with 1.44-1.45v and fine

3.92 stable, so, is that mobo enough...no need to upgrade??
should i set vddnb overvoltage or chipset overvoltage?or auto is safe??

as long as like you said stable ... let it VDD NB auto ( VDD NB for Nothbridge at 2400-2600 and max 1.2v .. over it your chipset will die , it's raise performance for VGA onboard .. don't try it 😀 )

after 3.92 stable at 1.48 stable...But i can't find stablity of 4.0ghz..
can u help me to reach at stable 4.0ghz...i have check all voltage 1.48, 1.49, 1.5, 1.51, 1.52 is not stable....
i think there is something which more voltage....
ram is running 789.3mhz at 1.62v,
ht,nb 2072mhz at auto voltage...
so, what to do for 4.0ghz...

try drop RAM to 3:8 or already your setting 3:10 (in above lossen timming to 10-10-10-30 .. just try ) yeah very hard OC with your mobo because the multi can set at 14 ... btw: can that mobo set multi to 13.5 ???

i had droped to 3.8 then i had tried to reach 4.0ghz but not success...
so, what timing and voltage for 785mhz ram???

i think i should stop at 3.92ghz at 1.48v,
6 hour stable test with throatling issue but no fatal error.
Is that safe for my cheap mobo...

there is one confusion...
i have test 3.92ghz at 1.48v which result in stable...
Whenever i sterss my cpu with prime95 then after 1test cpu freq. drop to 2200mhz and becomes 69watt for 15 sec....but no fatal error..

someone is saying that your mobo VRM is on Risk...anytime it will burns...
do you about VRM of mobo?....

1.52v is stable more in the 3.9 - 4ghz range, Heck my 1100t does 4.12ghz at 1.47 and often hit 1.50v at times. the 1055T shouldn't be any different besides being locked.

try reading this article, then you know if your good mobo to overclock or not, and why the motherboard can not run x14, I think if you're running at 3.8GHz with 1:45 and the other will not change the voltage is safe.

my mobo can run 14x but i have set 13x for perfect settings...
