Yea, something doesn't seem right if a 400W psu is only producing 15A on the +12V rail. That translates to only 180W.

Everything adds up to about 402W, but I can't remember the last time I saw a psu with that much wattage dedicated to the 3.3V and 5V rails.

Yes, you would be able to power a gtx 750 ti with that psu, but I don't like it. Normally I wouldn't think twice about running a 750ti on a 400W psu, but something about yours seems fishy.

Is your $230 budget just for the psu or for upgrading your entire system? Also, what country are you buying from?

Oh, thanks for linking that here. Funny, I was actually thinking about recommending a 500W EVGA psu, too.

I guess that's solved then.

The safe answer is no, the 750ti and the rest of your system won't run off of 180W.

Yes, please buy that 430W evga psu from your other thread (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100w10430kr). You won't have any issues with that.
