I have a benq xl2411z 1ms 144hz monitor (says that its 1920x1080).But when i play games or open display settings in my windows 10,i have 2 options above the recommended option which is 1920x1080.I have 2103 x 1183 and 2715 x 1527.is that 1440p resolution and which one?
And btw when i try that in csgo, the screen feels a little bit blurry.

2560x1440 is 1440p. Be aware you only have a 1080p monitor so that is all you will ever see. Pixels are tiny physical lights so you can't magically add more than what the monitor has. What you are looking at is probably dsr or vsr.

yes its under the title dynamic super resolution. Why is it there then?

That's like asking why dsr exists. In essence it's like super sampling anti aliasing. By having a larger res then scaling it down, there is more samples to work with which can also help texture quality. But it does have a large strain and in some situations can blur.

Its probably a feature of your graphics card from nvidia by working in higher resolutuon and scaling down to your monitors real resolution. Its called DSR and in the Nvidia setrings you can selwct which DSR resolutions will be shown to you in your game. There is a checkbix for each DSR resolution to on/off it indivudually.

I don't really recommend it, as the result in my opinion is not much better, but needs much more power.
