Is the 460gtx worth it for me?

Check out my rig and tell me if a 460gtx 1gb card is worth it for me. I'm running 1920x1080 resolution.

Needless to say, what I have is pretty old. Ram is old. CPU is ancient.

Would you guys make the move to upgrade the card? By moving up, will I really receive any worthwhile benefits considering the bottleneck?

It should work OK and be an upgrade from what you currently have.
