Is this good a good processor for gaming? 4th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-4570 processor Features a 3.2GHz processor speed with Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz.

Of course man! Although graphics cards are more importand in a Pc system . But I have to tell you if you plan to overclock you should probably consider the 'k' series and I wouldn't go i7 4th gen cause it's a lot of money and you won't see any noticable differences in gameplay, not worth it just for gaming .

I would for simple video editing it's ok . But if things are getting more hardcore you should go with an i7. Espesially i7-3930k is very very good for hyperthreading cause it has 6 cores but it is realy expensive!!

If you want to fully utilize a rig for video editing just grab an i7 4770.

I mean like working with programs such as Premier Pro or Photoshop or After Effects and do things like virtual 3D spade or stereoscope 3D editing
