I have an hd 7950 and i am upgrading to a gtx 1070 Is the psu enough
Specs
I7 960
12 Gb ddr3 ram
HD 7950 to gtx 1070
Cooler Master: Extreme 2 525

it seems that is a pretty bad PSU. as far as I can tell it is not even rated, and there are no reviews on it that I could see. I would not risk it.

here is this one, it is $67, it is certainly powerful enough, however, it seems current prices are higher than normal, and thus this is the best option, as the normally cheaper options cost more.
