Question is the 6700xt good for productivity?

Is the 3060 better in case of productivity. Both are same price here.
Games have more fps with 6700 xt.
But im also going to be using it for video editing and motion graphics.
And also for blender 3d.
Which should i buy ?
And is it possible to stream with it.
Any help is appreciated.
