Is the 745 64-bit 3.4 gigahertz better than a 755 2.3 gigahertz 64-bit

I have a 745 64-bit Dell Optiplex it's a 755 2.3 64-bit Optiplex better

The clockspeed of the processor means nothing by itself and 64-bit CPUs are standard. This isn't enough info to offer any advice, we need the processor models and how much each computer costs. They're both very old computers, so I'd expect that they should also be very cheap.

The 745 has a 1066fsb limit but can run 130W CPUs like the QX6800 Extreme. The 755 can run 1333fsb chips but has a 95W CPU limit so Q9650 is the maximum CPU there. basically equal 3GHz machines. The 755 will use less power. DDR3 memory doesn't happen until the Optiplex 780 so not much to choose between them.
