Is the Acer XG270HU a good monitor?

4790k
ASUS Maximus vii hero
980 ti

I was looking for a 144hz 1440p monitor. The two monitors I was looking at was

The ASUS is obviousy better for me since it has gsync but it'll end up being $300+ more than the Acer and the Acer is in my budget. Is the Acer a good monitor? Does it matter that I'm using Nvidia and the monitor has freesync?

Both are great, however keep in mind the Acer one is usable but you can't use the freesync with NVidia.

Nope, only "issue" would be no freesync support.
