[SOLVED] Is the amount of unusable RAM normal?

Hi. I had upgraded my pc with another stick of 8Gb memory but the system shows that only 13.9Gb is actually usable. It just seems weird that 2.1Gb would be allocated to BIOS and drivers. Is this normal?

If you have CPU integrated graphics enabled, then 2GB reserved is not unusual.
