Newegg is selling these two components as a bundle but from what I have read they are not compatible. I am upgrading from my fx-8320 and a motherboard that I know definitely will not be able to support this processor.
According to ASRock web site the specs indicate the FX-8350 is supported. You do however require a decent AIO water cooler especially if you intend an OC.
Having said that however I don't consider your upgrade from the 8320 a worthwhile upgrade.
IMO you would be better off waiting for ZEN release in Q1 2017
I would advise against AIO cooling with that board. Like all MicroATX AM3+ boards, the 970m Pro3 has weak VRMs that will likely struggle with the FX 8350's power draw without additional airflow over them. That's why the CPU support list for that board states that all 125 Watt TDP CPUs are required to have a top down blower cooler to avoid VRM overheating.
Now you could use an AIO water cooler if you mounted an additional fan over the CPU socket to improve cooling of the VRMs, though really there isn't any point, those weak VRMs are going to severely limit overclocking potential even if they are properly cooled.
The FX 8350 isn't a real upgrade over the 8320, so I'd say stick with what you have and save up some more money to either switch to Intel, or wait a couple of months and see if AMD's upcoming processors are any good. There is no sense in spending more money on the AM3+ platform this late into 2016.
