Yes, it has strong VRM so you can OC as far as it would go but that might not be necessary as it can boost quite high automatically providing you have good cooling (they run pretty hot).
As far as ARGB is concerned it has
2 x Aura RGB Strip Headers
1 x Addressable Gen 2 header(s)
