Is the Asus ROG STRIX X370-F compatible with SpeedFan?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to purchase a new motherboard for my new PC, as my current one I just purchased isn't and Speedfan compatibility is vital for my build. My current build:

I've tried everything to get it working with no success, I don't believe it's compatible.

Users have reported that the 'ASRock X370 Taichi' is compatible and they have Speedfan working no issues. Unfortunately, I don't like the colour scheme of it being white as I want a solid black MB for watercooling colour scheme potential, so I was looking at the Asus ROG STRIX X370-F as it's a similar chip. Didn't find any articles online with users confirming the above MB with Speedfan.

The official Speedfan support page doesn't show either chip listed on their page, but users have confirmed the ASRock MB works fine, so I'm wondering if the Asus one is too.

Does anyone have any experience with the Asus ROG STRIX X370-F motherboard, is it compatible with Speedfan? I'm not interested in configuring the BIOS or using alternative methods to configure fan speeds, already done that and the PC is still 50dB, I need Speedfan.

However, I would like to try and use the "Asus ROG STRIX X370-F" motherboard due to the colour scheme. No such luck finding any articles regarding Speedfan working on this particular MB.

I know this thread is somewhat old, but Im curious did you buy the rog x370 and how do you like it? Have you OC'd? Also, is speedfan compatible with it?
Im using a asus rog b350-f and speedfan is not compatible with my mobo unfortunately
