2 years ago, i decided to buy an Asus TUF A15 with the GTX 1650 and Ryzen 5 4600H. From there, i began to notice problems with it. The thing stutters without even any load. I initially suspected it was an electrical problem, since most of the times the trouble starts when it's plugged in. It happens once or twice a day and lasts for around a second before returning to normal. It's definitely not a RAM problem, it's equipped with dual channel 16GB DDR4.

A month ago I bought another A15, except this time it's equipped with an RTX 2050, paired with a
Ryzen 5 7535HS and the same problem occurs again as if they're both the same things. Could it be that the A15 series are really that flawed or am i just unlucky enough to receive damaged faulty goods twice in a row?

I'm curious to learn what you've tried in order to try and remedy the issue. IMHO, I the presence of two GPU's on a build on both laptops respectively being the root cause of the stutter/lag/(the issue that I'm assuming you've been dealing with).

Sticking to one, with the Ryzen 5 4600H+GTX1650 equipped TUF A15, so we're not all over the place, did you check to see if BIOS was up to date on your laptop? What OS are you working with? Did you run DDU in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) from your laptop to install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. Once you've installed the latest Nvidia driver, then move to installing the latest driver for the processor sourced from AMD's support site.

See if that helps.
