Im going to be playing a lot of cs go but i am also planning to pick up a few more AAA titles too? How will this monitor be for those purposes, here are the details of my planned PC if that helps.

People always ask this question. There is no answer to your question. All monitors are fine for gaming, LCD's have ghosting, which is normal. 144 Hz doesn't completely get rid of ghosting, which is why lightboost and black frame insertion exists. Nobody can say based on specs, how good a monitor is, unfortunately.

The monitor you're looking at is running at a native refresh rate of 75 Hz, this is better than 60 Hz, but not by much. There are plenty of other options if I may redo your build in order to afford a better monitor. You shouldn't buy a good PC but crap monitor. That's my advise.
