Is the BIOSTAR G41 or Foxconn G41 good??

Hi guys as you say I'm gonna upgrade my PC!
I just have money right now to buy a BIOSTAR G41 or Foxconn G41 MB?
Which one from the above is good??

and i can also buy a gigabyte one but I saw in the internet that isn't so much fast!

uh neither.. if your going for 775... You can probably get what was one of the high end 775 boards now for cheaps
