Is the Cooler Master T4 okay for overclocking slightly?

I have an AMD fx 8350, and I'm looking to overclock it a bit. I'm not a big fan on water cooling and the hyper 212 evo wont fit in my case sadly. I was wondering if I would be able to get away with an overclock with the CM T4.

After all, everybody who wants to do something more by overclocking and doing tests can find bigger coolers with better performance. The T4 is not much better than stock.

Not a good fit for 8350 even at stock settings.
