Is the Corsair TX650M a Good PSU

So I want to have a new GPU and my New GPU will be a R9 380 MSI Gaming 2GB and my budget on a PSU is 60 Dollars and I want to know if the Corsair TX650M is good for 60 Dollars. Or are there any other PSU's that are better and compatible with the m2n68-am se2 Mobo.

PC Specs

CPU: Phenom II X4 945 95W Deneb
GPU: Going to be a R9 380 MSI Gaming 2GB | I have a Radeon HD 4670 ATM
RAM: 4GB DDR2
PSU: Anythat is 60 Dollars or Under.

It has been discontinued for some time now, but it is a decent PSU. I've had one for years under some heavy loads with zero issues. It is still in use today in my bench test rig.

Corsair is a good quality PSU and should have no issues just as long as you get the right amount of watts for your system. the only Corsair PSU's to stay away from would be there CX line which is ment only for office/low power computers

If you are referring to load on the PSU, no. That is acceptable as long as the +12V load stays below the rating on the nameplate.
