This is my current specs:
I dont know about pins to gpu since this is the first time I will use one that will require power directly from the psu. Im planning to Strix RX580 since its what I really wanted but other brands is ok but the problem is I dont know if this PSU have the require power connectors to run any brand of RX580 especially Strix.

This is the PSU: https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/corsair-vs650-650w-gaming-power-supply-unit-i6653564-s8499586.html?spm=a2o4l.searchlist.list.2.4bc770b9t6Jy67&search=1

its the white version of CS650 not the orange one

Current rig:
i3-4160
8gb ram
2 7200rpm hdds
Inno3D GTX 1050Ti dual
Corsair VS450
3 rgb fans
also a 768 reso monitor which I am planning to replace by the end of the year

Notes:

Im planning to upgrade my GPU and my PSU for now first since its what I can do for now. Seasonic PSU's here in my country is kinda expensive over corsairs especially brandnew 600-650w even if it is used its still higher compare to the corsair vs series ones. Which is roughly 65 dollars and it is used. But with no warranty or over a year old I can get it for 60-63 dollar cheaper.

Il also upgrade my build to ddr4 pref to Ryzen 2600x but THAT will be in the long future as I have to graduate first before I can get a decent job. (Im still battling for my diploma in my 4th yr in college lol)
