Question Is the Dell Latitude 5550 worth buying for general use ?

I am going to replace my older laptop with a new one. Do you think the Dell Latitude 5550 is worth buying
with these specs?

Intel Core Ultra 7 165U with Intel Graphics
15.6-inch IPS, anti-reflective 1920 × 1080
RAM 16GB DDR5
1TB SSD

I will not play games but will use it for general use and C++/MCU's programming. I read that this laptop is very quiet, the fan doesn't spin much, which I like.

With your use case scenario yes it'll get the job done though out of curiosity, what other options do you have at your disposal? Where are you located, what is your preferred site for purchase and what is your absolute budget for your laptop purchase?
