No you cannot change that.
It is soldered directly to the motherboard.

Likely your only recourse is an SD card, which would be the D drive.
What system is this? I have an Asus Transformer like that.

Yeah, a SSD card is your only hope.

32GB of EMMC storage is not a lot especially considering that Windows 10 updates can be massive. For example, Windows 10 version 1709 (released back in November??) finally started to download on one of my laptops this past week through Windows 10 automatic update. Windows basically downed 12GB worth of updates.

I think budget laptops released this year should have a minimum of 64GB of eMMC storage.
