Yes it is , but I would get a CX450W if it's available. It's a little better in terms of quality.

Also the memory won't run past 2666 on B360.

Sadly I already purchased the EVGA PSU because it was on sale for 20 bucks I just saw horror stories of people with 450 wattage PSUS and t kinda freaked me out... But i am noticing a common theme that people seem to scare first time builders by constantly making them overpowering their builds.
