Is the gtx 1070 compatible with my motherboard?

So my question do i need to change my motherboard or not.

Okay, so I can buy a gtx 1070 without a problem. but is it worth changing my motherboard? because I dont know if it is old or not and I dont if changing the motherboard will have an impact on the gameplay of my games. Thanks for the answer by the way
