is the gtx 780ti the best way to go?

I got everything else updated my core to I7 4790k over. 8gb ram good power supply. Is the EVGA 780 TI without the 3D and has 1085 mhz boosted better than the one with 3D it has 1045mhz.
or is there a better brand or should i go better because i'll be playing arma 3 maxxed graphics? Thanks for your help!

EVGA 780Ti's are good. You won't notice the difference between 1045 and 1085 MHz anyway. So just get 3D if you want.

The one EVGA had a 3D experience with glasses but the one with the better MHZ didnt so i said Fuck em.but budget,under $1000 and idk probably 1280. maybe 1440.

ditch the evga and go the Asus Direct CU II Geforce GTX 780 ti. The extra cooling will give you better headroom if you ever want to OC or will just be a more quiet, more stable card that will let you maxx ALL THE THINGS!!!
