Is The GTX 950 Good?

I have been waiting for the release of the gtx 950 to build my new PC but I am unsure whether it is good or not. By good I mean good price to performance and is best in it's class. I know this card hasn't been out long but I want to get right on and choose a graphics card. Also I am in the UK so prising may be different in other countries, but I can get a gtx 950 for around £130

it is so close in spec to the 960 that the 950 would have a better price to performance. It would also be a better budget card than the 750 ti.

It's a good card for the price, but if you can get a cheaper 760 or 270X those could be better choices.
