Question Is the htx 1650 4gb GPU compatible with the Aorua B560M pro ax motherboard?

I currently have the Aorus B560M pro ax motherboard, I power the PC on, and the VGA light flashes on. The GPU is put in fully, the fans are spinning. And was curious if this could be a compatibly issue.
