Is the I/O Shield on my ASUS Removable?

Hey, I was just wondering whether anyone knows if the I/O shield on the ASUS M31AD is removable as I am planning to move the components to a new case.

It is in the case not even connected to the motherboard and you can just push it out from the back of the PC case after you remove the motherboard ( push from either the top or bottom for less a chance of bending it, you can bend it right back anyhow.
