Question Is the Intel Core i3-N305 CPU as slow as a Celeron ?

Hello, I want to buy some speedy Chromebook from Costco. They have Acer Chromebook Plus 14” Touchscreen Laptop which has an Intel Core i3-N305. The cpubenchmark website says it has a
clock speed of 0.8 GHz and a turbo speed of 3.8 GHz. Such a low clock speed? Do you think it will be as slow as processors like the Celeron, and Chromebook performance will be poor?

I use a laptop with an N100. It is ok for light tasks, used it for some simple 3d design with tinkercad, it even plays some league of legends. The N305 is significantly faster than my N100.
