The above board comes with lots of connectivity options, overclocking potential and features like superior audio codec with headphone amps, bluetooth and wifi. It is one of the better bang for buck boards.
Also bear in mind that you need to buy DDR4 RAM for this. 3000/3200mhz would be the sweet spot.


Thanks. I also plan to upgrade the ram as well too then, and if the leap between the 3770k and 8700K is big enough should I upgrade my motherboard?
 


Thank you, saved me from buying dated parts. Now I just have to research motherboards again, I've only ever bought one and that was for this build nearly 10 years ago.
