Is the Intel stock cooler enough?

Hi, I've been wondering if an Intel stock cooler would be enough for an Intel Core i5 6402P processor. It will be running with an Asus 4GB GTX960 Strix (Overclocked Edition). Will an Intel stock cooler do, or do I need a better cooler? I can get a CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 EVO for a good price if needed.

Solution
Stock coolers are perfectly fine. Some aftermarket coolers may run quieter, but performance-wise, at stock speeds, the stock cooler is just fine.

You can't OC that CPU, so you won't be generating any more heat that the stock cooler is/was designed to handle.

I buyed i3 6100 whit stock cooler and temperatures were usually from 65 to 80 during GTA 5, which i tohught is kinda high. Then i replaced whit Hyper103 and now during GTA 5(on high/ver high) it keeps temperature on 55 max and while running only on 650 to 800rpm(almost completely silent).
But after the replacement i inspected the stock cooler and noticed that the paste that was preinstalled on the cooler was COMPLETLY dry and cracked and so unable to transfer heat efficiantly. And i bought this i3 2 motnhs ago, so is good practice to inspect the paste quality when receiving stock cooler.

Provided that you have enough airflow in your case, 65 to 80 degrees is not right. Most likely the cooler was not installed properly. You shouldn't be seeing more than 60-65 on full load on an i3 with an ambient temperature of about 20 degrees.
So unless you have a mini-ITX case and live in a hot country, there is something wrong.

Yea the problem was that paste on the stock cooler was so dry that it was hard and prevent good joint of cooler area whit the cpu area. It was like trying to join together 2 straight surfaces whit the sand in between, but i did not notice that before bcs it was my first build ;D
