It seems like no one is interested in your thread buddy, but I somehow bumped into it. If ever you will read this, please feel free to update your pump performance recently.

You did not include your res in the above. What is res are you using?
Planning to get custom loop to. :)

You made my day, man! I never thought anybody would even notice my first little thread, LOL. I never actually built the liquid cooling loop, although I do plan on building one some day.

I am no longer considering using most of the above parts. The radiator is great, although I would get a 2x120mm instead. Also, I plan on cooling the GPU as well, so a bigger radiator would definitely be a must. I have the HAF XM case, so I might even be able to squeeze in a 3x120mm rad with a little modding. 😀

It's been a while since I did my research, and I will have to look into it all again, but I never had picked out a reservoir. The only reason I even wanted the above pump was because it would be very easy to mount to my case's hard drive bay.

I'll update this post later with a list of useful water-cooling links, so check back soon!

lolol, your thread also made my day. Your first thread and nobody answered you, then you answered your own question still nobody even notice.

My case is Zalman Z3 plus a mid ATX case which has a limited space for radiator. I planned on getting 2x120mm radiator but still I doubt if I can fit it in my case.

OK, brother just update this thread and hopefully some people will notice this. :)

Okay, here's a few links:

A Beginner's Guide to Water Cooling Your Computer - A must-read for anybody planning on building their first loop. There's a great 8-minute video on the page, with more information below it.

Tom's HW Watercooling Sticky v2.0 - Found right here on TomsHardware, this is a great article with a lot of information. Some of the topics have lists comparing different parts, such as pumps. There's a few videos linked throughout the article, as well.

The Watercooling Guide, From A to Z - This is probably the most complete guide for liquid cooling I have seen. It covers many, many parts and lists which ones are good or bad.

Galvanic Corrosion Explored - An in-depth look at how different metals misbehave with each other.

If anybody has other recommendations, feel free to post them!

LOL, that's how I've been. For now, I have just stuck with the stock cooler on my FX-8350. My interest has revived, however... :)
