So after a few months of searching for a graphics card and processor, I'm ultimately leaning towards a GeForce GTX 1660 Ti and AMD FX-6350, since they're relatively inexpensive, however I am just now learning about compatibility with motherboards. So I need to just make sure, is my current motherboard, MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) (MS-7641), compatible with the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti and AMD FX-6350?

yes it is compatible but MSI 760GMA-P34 only has pcie 2.0, bandwidth is less on pcie 2.0 slot which means 1660 ti will not perform as good and pairing a 1660ti with a fx 6350 is not a good idea because fx 6350 is very old now and for fx 6350 gtx 1660 ti is very powerful, your cpu will definitely bottleneck your gpu

It may work but there are potential issues. The VRMs on that board are weak and with that CPU you could potentially have throttling issues. Also by current standards that CPU is weak and in many modern games it will hold that GPU back from performing to it's full potential.

Thanks a ton for the information, any chance you could point me to a fairly cheap, more modern motherboard that is compatible with the above mentioned graphics card and processor?

There are none. AM3+ has been discontinued for a few years now. You'd be better saving till you can do a full platform upgrade(motherboard, cpu and ram). Even a quad core Ryzen 3(<$100) will outperform a FX 6350.
