Hi,
i have bought components for a new pc and in the start everything went well, but when i tried to connect it with a screen it did not work. So I started to look better into it and found out that the msi website says that my processor and my motherboard arent compatibel, but on other sites it says that they do. Can someone give me some advice on what to do?
Thanks in advance

First of all thanks for the reply.
So could this be the reason for my motherboard not to connect? And could you tell me how i can update my bios or rederect me to something that can help me?
Thanks in advance.

There are 3 ways to do that:
1. Borrow sky lake CPU, put it in mobo, it should boot to BIOS (unless something else stops it), there you should be able to update BIOS.
2. Take the mobo to nearby comp shop, they should be able to upgrade it for you (but it may cost).
3. Finally, you can send your mobo back, and buy B250 instead, they support Kaby Lake out-of-box.

My build is:
Case: Aerocool Si 5100;
Cpu: I5-7400;
Mob: MSI B150m Gaming Pro;
Power Supply: Corsair vs 650;
RaM: Crucial ballistix Sport LT 1x 8Ram;
Storage: WD black 1 TB;
Videocard: MSI Armor GTX 1060 3gb;

Are you sure it cant start up without an bios update, because it turns on just fine.

Since you did this step, answer is no. If machine will not boot without GPU, how could it be a source of problem?
