Can I find anything better at same price or lower?

It's a good card, just not very powerful for gaming. Yes, it will fit the case.

What's the rst of your system? Your monitor's resolution?

The rest of my system is:

Motherboard: MSI H61M-P31 (G3)

Ram: Team Elite Plus 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600

CPU: Intel Celeron G1610

My monitor's resolution is 1280 x 1024.

You may not be too bad off if you have to go with the GT 720 since your screen rez is so low. (the higher the screen rez, the more pixels the card has to render per frame)
