Is the MSI H81M-P33 Motherboard reliable?

I am planning to build a low-cost PC. The CPU that I want is the Intel Core i5-4440. I need suggestions for reliable low-cost Motherboards. Currently on my mind is the MSI H81M-P33, but I need to know if it is reliable or not.

Newegg and Amazon reviews seem to indicate so, and MSI are a reputable brand, so it should be fine. Even if it stops working, it has a 3 year warranty.
