Is the noctua NH-L91 a good cooler?

Im planing to get the noctua NH-L91 for my low profile case the only can fit a cooler that max 83mm. Shuld i get this cooler or an other noctua cooler?

The performance of the NH-9Li is on par with a stock cooler. It is not meant to be used for overclocking either. If your stock cooler will fit I would just use it.

I will do a little bit OCing on this. Should i get another cooler under 83mm
