[SOLVED] Is the Noctua NH-U14S sufficient for an i7-8700 with Turbo Boost enabled?

Trying to decide between using the NH-U14S or the Dark Rock 4. I've heard the Dark Rock 4 has mounting issues, and the NH-U14S is a big smaller and has a much better mount system.

Is the NH-U14S enough for an i7-8700 with turbo?
